The owners live in the adjoining house, with a connecting access. They do not enter the property, except for pool maintenance: daily maintenance is required, and the owners usually come around 6 am. A second visit may take place during the day if special maintenance is needed. Two parking spaces are available on the property. Pets, smokers and event celebrations are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available, but the house is well equipped with fans to ensure your comfort.
